Practical Training

The practical training includes:

A minimum of 15 hours.

Ground Exams

Solo Flying

There is no solo flying required.

Skills Test

The flight test for the Instrument Rating Restricted (IR(R)) is the final assessment of your practical flying skills and ability to operate safely under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR). Conducted by an approved examiner, the test involves demonstrating proficiency in various IFR procedures

You will be required to have:

  • A valid PPL(A)
  • Completed 25 hours post PPL, including at least 10 hours PIC

 

We operate a pay as you go system.

You will pay for each flight once it has been completed.
